BY-LAWS
ARTICLE I - NATURE OF BY-LAWS
SECTION 1. Purpose. These By-laws are intended to govern the administration of
Royale Sands Beach Club Condominium Association and provide for the management,
administration, utilization and maintenance of the Common Elements described in the
Condominium Declaration of the Royale sands Beach Club, a condominium.
SECTION 2. Definitions. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, all
definitions set forth in the aforesaid Condominium Declaration or New Hampshire RSA 356-B
as amended are incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 3. Fiscal Year. The fiscal year of the Corporation shall be determined
by the Board of Directors.
SECTION 4. Principal Office. The principal office of the Condominium Association
is located at 581 Ocean Boulevard, Town of Hampton, County of Rockingham, State of New
Hampshire.
