BY-LAWS
ARTICLE XVII - ARBITRATION
Any arbitration provided for in these By-laws shall be
conducted by arbitration in Rockingham County, New Hampshire, in accordance with the rules
of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall select one arbitrator, and the
two arbitrators shall select a third arbitrator. The decision rendered in such arbitration
shall be binding upon the parties and may be entered in any court.
