BY-LAWS
ARTICLE XVI - NOTICE
Any notice required to be sent to any Unit Owner under the
provisions of the Condominium Declaration or Articles of Incorporation or these By-Laws
shall be deemed to have been properly sent and notice thereby given, when mailed, with
postage prepaid, addressed to the Unit Owner at the last known post office address of the
person who appears as a member on the records of the Association at the time of such
mailing. In accordance with the revised New Hampshire Condominium Act, RSA 356:B, the
Association shall not be required to send such notice with return receipt requested.
Notice to one of two or more co-owners of a Unit shall constitute notice to all co-owners.
It shall be the obligation of every Unit Owner to immediately notify the Secretary of the
Association in writing of any change of address. Valid notice may also be given to Unit
Owners by (I) personal delivery to any occupant of said Unit over 14 years of age or (II)
by affixing said notice to or sliding same under the front door of any Unit.
