ARTICLE XVIII - RENTAL OF UNITS OR TENANCY BY OTHER THAN OWNER
Any Unit Owner shall have the right to rent his Unit. Such
rental of a Unit shall be for a period of not less than six (6) months. Violation of the
six month minimum term of rental shall result in a fine being levied upon the owner of the
Unit in an amount equal to $500.00 per month that the tenant stayed short of the six month
minimum term of lease. The above fine shall not apply if the Unit owner wishes to keep the
Unit unoccupied until six months have elapsed from the effective beginning date of the
rental shown on the copy of the lease originally provided to the association by the unit
owner. The Unit Owner shall notify the Clerk of the Board of Directors, in writing of any
such rental or tenancy and include in that notice the names of the tenants and the period
of the tenancy. Any such tenant shall be bound by the provisions of the Condominium

Directors with regard to the use of the property and amenities. The failure of any Unit
Owner to so notify the Board of Directors of any rental or tenancy shall result in a fine
of fifteen ($15.00) dollars which shall constitute a special assessment against that Unit.
