To meet the particular requirements of prospective purchasers or to allow for the
changes in price of labor and material, and for other reasons, the Declarant reserves the
right, so long as it is the Owner of any unsold Units, to change the price of any such
Units. A change in price of a Unit, however, will not vary the estimated annual common
charges for the Unit or it's percentage of interest in the common elements, (As provided
in Article VI) or it's membership in the Association.
The Declarant also reserves the right to change the design and arrangement within any
unit, so long as it owns the Unit so altered. Such change shall neither increase the
number of Units, nor alter the boundaries of the common elements. Any price change does
not require an amendment to this Declaration.
