DECLARATION
XVII. INTERPRETATION
The provisions of the Declaration shall be liberally construed
in accordance with the common law and statutory law of the State of New Hampshire in order
to effect its purpose of creating a uniform plan for the development and operation of a
condominium project. Failure to enforce any provision hereof shall not constitute a waiver
of the right to enforce said provision or any other provision hereof.
