DECLARATION
III. DESCRIPTION OF THE BOUNDARIES OF THE UNITS INCLUDING
HORIZONTAL BOUNDARIES AS WELL AS THE VERTICAL BOUNDARIES AS REQUIRED BY N.H. RSA 356-316
(d).
The Condominium contains five (5) buildings, containing
several units as delineated on a plan entitled "CONDOMINIUM PLAN for ROYALE SANDS
BEACH CLUB in HAMPTON, N.H." by Seacoast Engineering Associates, Inc. Stratham, New
Hampshire dated Aug. 13, 1985 which is attached as Appendix "A". The boundaries
of each unit shall be the most exterior surface of each outside balcony or patio and the
most inside surface of each exterior and interior wall, floor, or ceiling of the Unit
marked for each unit type A-C respectively in Appendix "A". The exact horizontal
boundaries are specifically shown on the floor plans which are part of Appendix
"A"
