DECLARATION
XIX. WARRANTY:
Pursuant to RSA 356-8:41 II, The Declarant warrants against
structural defects each of the units, for a period of one year after the initial date of
conveyance. The Declarant also warrants against structural defect all common and limited
common areas for a period of one year after completion.
