owners regularly have. The second sub-section contains Frequently Asked Questions
which lenders (Banks & Mortgage companies) routinely ask the condominium
association when a prospective new owner is applying for financing. The third
sub-section contains answers to questions which Title Companies, Attorneys and
Closing Agents routinely ask about the closing process.
